Victims of Tax Havens

Victims of Tax Havens

The victims of tax havens are everyday tax payers, every day citizens who work hard for a living. These tax havens are the places to blame for failures of our economic systems. I do not think it is fair to blame people that have no tax haven, or money set aside except a small bank account to live on,  in times of crisis. The governed failures in systems that no longer work, are based on people that are trying to recoop an economy for countries that truly are failing because of greed. Right now we live with a reversed pyramidal system that is failing many of the voters who think they are owed more, but every time they ask for a raise, this raise is a fixed cost for companies, who then jack up the prices of their product to pay for high wages. This makes it less possible for a good market for their products because no one can afford their products,  and the producer of a good  product wonders why their investors are short, and products do not sell, and consumers are less than content with this kind of market system. It is a system that is failing all sides of the coin. Everything that goes up eventually will fall. This is fact with companies. It is best to follow the original rule to get the best product out to the consumer for the best price and that will create a good long lasting product.

Being economically aware of others circumstances, and our own, especially with single mothers trying to bring up children in a costly world, I do understand the importance of cost being kept down in our economy and the products put on the market being long term in mind,  when built creating less garbage.Cheap plastic products are a way for garbage control to be out of control.

Now having said this above, Governing moguls around the world looking for investments, have been dealing with many that were hiding money in other countries. For some companies that were hugely profit focused by the engineering, kept high profiled clients secret. However there was an International Consortium of Journalists who did a lot of investigation into who was making all the money and,  where were they hiding it,  and I will tell you why this happened. 95% of the people that are working for 5% of the money left in markets, makes the market system so competitive that who wants to work in a back stabbing system. Only a few own all the money and people do not like it. Real Estate is partially to blame, but most of all the “Greed” of some is to blame.  There is no money right now to set up systems of consumer prices that are affordable for everyday citizens. 5% money left over, is not enough for tax payers to survive on and the competition is far too competitive. The country’s overhead costs for tax payers have exceeded the tax payers ability to pay for these betrayals.

Also betrayal factors…people feel and know they have been betrayed and this does not sit well with tax payers. 95% of the money being owned by a small group of people and hidden offshore has people acting out and knowing they are betrayed are furious and want to be heard. Its not a system that works. But the question is how do you fix this?

Money conglomerates who hoard money and do not want to pay more taxes, do not like the fact that taxes are to be paid for all infrastructure and you use it, and made huge profits, so you must pay your  fair share. Now apparently some do not like this. But lets look at what really happened.

Graeme Briggs a Graeme Accountant went to Singapore and built a big business and now he is the centre of a big storm of controversy around the world. An accountant who owns a multi – million dollar business, who owns a multi – million dollar mansion, on a vineyard. He lives in Victoria Australia. He collects art, fine wines, and collects Japanese fountain pens. Now he mixes with all kinds of people from all over the world with wealthy clients, and very high profile public figures. He amassed a $62, million dollar fortune. $10 million dollars in “Real Estate.” 4 million dollars in a rare pen collection, half a million dollars on wine collections, and much of his money is held through complex offshore accounts and trust structures.

This offshore world lobbies behind the scenes. It also lobbies governments to allow offshore world’s to take place and often politicians are playing the markets by knowing the markets, manipulating when it is going up, and when it is going down, and when to invest in these secret worlds of investments. So he turned Samoa into a tax haven.

The Island of Samoa is a tiny place on the ocean between New Zealand and Hawaii. So Briggs saw Samosa as an opportunity for offshore financing and sold the government on the idea. He set up in Asia City’s Office in that Nations Capital. The Central Bank of Samosa and down the road from the Governing regulators.

A meeting was held on anti – money laundering by a group because 10’s of thousands of International Companies are set up or based on Samosa. Samosa was looking for other sources of Income. It was a tax haven lacking transparency. Its been black listed by the European Union.

Why am I writing this story? It is to show how some people think that underground behaviours, are benefiting their families, but have they given thought to taking more of the pie than others? Because what about the infrastructures of the rest of the world,  who count on trade being fair. If everyone hoards and hides money what happens to markets? If you abuse real estate, what happens to real estate? People today have no homes because of moguls who hoarded the money and forgot to think of themselves as part of a fragile system abused by the greedy.  People today can hardly afford to bury themselves because of the high costs of our society. Its the unfair business practices that have made people wary of a system that should never have been abused. It was meant not for huge profits, but the best price for the best products for the consumer. But somehow investors managed to turn it around and use the system to manipulate markets with insider trading. It is the tax havens,  but somehow everyday citizens get the blame for government failures.

I cannot believe that Charlemagne had any idea how illegal activity would eventually be the ruin of good countries, of good people, of good communities, who played it straight, paying their taxes ahead of the year, so the government would have money for programs that benefit all tax payers, and now those tax payers are trillions of dollars in debt because of moguls who felt their projects and worth, and ideas were worth more than everyday decent people,  just making a living,  to live comfortably. Making sure to pay their taxes and their own way and volunteering to make communities work, and being conscientious citizens of our countries. How fair is this for those people?

Some people who have participated may be Heads of State, Kings, Queens, Heads of Businesses, Banks, and yes even in our own communities Mayors and Heads of groups in our own communities. Owning our enterprises. governing heads of our departments, or they may be a foreign domestic. These types commit corruption offences and seem to get away with it through the Law courts with lawyers that are just as corrupt.

In Sydney Australia, 100’s of millions of dollars of Asia City client money has been ploughed into the city of Sydney Property markets. Real Estate for example is purchased by a Sri Lankan, Thirukumar Nadeson. His wife is a member of the country’s ruling Rajapaksa Family who are facing and dealing with allegations of corruption charges. Their companies use Shell companies managed by Asia City registered in Samosa and managed by the Asia City group. This makes the markets for ordinary people impossible to survive in,  when people are using others purely for profit and your clicks needed for a paycheck are part of that system. The People who pay taxes for a country’s programs, and keeping the markets going and being aware, are left holding the bag for this corruption. That is what you get for being honest?

These are the billionaires and millionairesses pulling the purse strings for our markets and our Economy today, and look at what happened to Real Estate. People using homes, houses to own peoples lives today. Why can people not just be happy to have a home and a family? Huh? Why do you always need to be corrupt?

Who is making all the money? You are paying fees to hide money. Why not pay fees for taxes instead and go legitimate?
