The level of consciousness is relevant in our understanding of the Reality of Science Concepts. For example when you are six years old you are going to be less consciously aware of the theory of relativity than if you are 40 years old. Also perspective and it interfering in reality, and my answer to this question is absolutely.

If you believe from your perspective that Palestine has the right to try and get rid of infidels, and you act on this belief, or this perspective, that kind of perspective does not make reality out of an ideology from the Past. It does not make your perspective true. It might even cause the death of some people with a perspective that is untrue. it does not make that belief true. Your perspective might even cause you to cause death to innocent individuals. Does that make your reality one of truth? It is not my perspective. In my perspective, for example between Canada and the United States of America, is that we respect the value of Peace, above getting rid of human life. I believe in the Peace Policies hence reasons to find Peace rather than kill and act on those ideas of killing. From my perspective in comparison, you look for ways of Peace talks. Not war talk. You act on Peace talks, and are consciously aware of why Peace is better than war, killing and destruction. Hamas does not seem to have been made consciously aware of another perspective besides it’s own perspective.

So in answer to your questions, conscious awareness and perspective can cause human death in ignorance of being fully consciously aware. Hamas sees Israel as a threat. Israel sees Hamas as a threat. I see talks, walks, and communique and awareness of consciousness as extremely important to the fabric of our lives. I see perspective as causing death to some. Perspective also can be focus, and be looking only at numbers vs consequences of uninformed reasoning.

For example: Putin fighting for land from his perspective that it belongs to Russia, instead of having a perspective of another alternative, and that might be an agreement between the countries, for all to live in Peace. Owning something that can never be yours is not a perspective of Peace. Ukraine and Putin both must find a different perspective of conscious awareness of the innocent people they hurt. Greed is not worth the destruction to so many lives.

So yes, level of consciousness is relative to conscious awareness and this changes in time. Perspective is the focus of the individual un – willingness to be consciously aware of other human life, not death.
