Gain of function research and our Mitochondria being attacked by Covid 19 and our Mitochondria’s Ace 2, has left our organs, like kidneys, liver, heart, lungs, with lung lining, brain, the thalamic-spinal-tract, our Central Nervous System, the gastro-intestinal system, the DNA mutation and the RNA mutation, the sense intake with hearing, smelling, tasting, and vision systems immune deficient, and there are Neuron degeneration in all organs. On March 14th, 2024, we are dealing with another group of events called JN.1 and Alaskapox which has killed a person in Alaska. Vitamin D, and Vitamin K, along with zinc, and 1000 Vitamin D, according to the intake on the bottle you buy,  is their only defence so far that has any help what so ever. But that is not permanent. The vaccines provided had a period of about 3 to 4 months of efficacy, and after that you were vulnerable to breathing and hosting another variant before another vaccine could be tested or put in our arms.

Dr. Montagnier knew that biological lab was for warfare as he knew that France had helped build it. Harvard University was involved with this transaction between the USA and the Chinese Military. Obama had ceased the program called “Gain of Function research”,  but Trump and the Republicans were continuing with this program that was ever so dangerous. There was an economical development of dispute, and the USA accused China of taking their information. Canada got involved when Canada was asked to put a Chinese resident under arrest for espionage. This seemed to trigger the event of November 2019 when Wuhan Lab released bio-terror on the world.

RLR’s (R1G like Receptors) are quite capable of detecting viruses or the self RNA in the cytoplasm that initiate’s signalling cascades involving type 1 IFN,  and downstream innate immune genes that control infection in homo sapiens systems. RLR’s are involved in detecting a number of RNA viruses. RLR or (R1G like receptors)  are a type of intercellular pattern recognition receptor involved with recognition of viruses by the innate immune system. RLR’s recognize and detect viral genomes. They are the front line defence the host possesses against microbial pathogens or sequences of viruses. RLR’s are found in the cytoplasm of most cells in the body and recently RLR’s have been located in the CELL NUCLEUS, (RLR’s belonging to the Dex D / H box helicase family which is type 2 helicase super-family. RLR’s are RNA sensors localized in the cytosol. This family encases 3 members; (1) R1G – 1 melanoma-differentiated associated protein 5 (MDA 5)

(2) Laboratory of genetics physiology – 2 (LGP2) All RLR’s central helicase domain (carboxy terminal domain). IMP: (TLR ‘s can detect cytokine inflammatory tumor necrosis factors). Cytokine Storms were in our systems.

Pattern Recognition Receptors are (PRR). Pattern Recognition Receptors a group of cytosolic RNA helicase proteins that identify RNA that is not self via binding to pathogens associated with molecular patterns. (PAMP within RNA ligands that accumulate during virus infections).

Important: Toll – like-Receptors (TLR’s)  recognize nucleic acids in the DNA’s or RNA’s derived from bacteria and viruses as well as self – nucleic acids in autoimmune conditions. TLR can detect inflammatory cytokine such as tumor necrosis factors. Traps 54 – hyperimmunoglobulnemia D syndrome.

Innate immunity protects or is the defence systems that you are born with that protect against all antigens. They have barriers that help keep harmful materials from entering your body. (however, they found the proteins inside the nucleus) 

Nucleotides oligomerization Domain (NOD) like receptors are a specialized group of proteins that play a critical role in the regulation of the host innate immune response.

Here is the kicker….

Sars Cov 2 trimeric spike protein increased Ace 2 proteolytic activity the breakdown of proteins, into smaller peptides,  3 – 10 times faster against the model peptide substrates such as caspase -1 substrate and Bradykininanalog. There can be intramolecular digestion. The enhancement of Ace 2 enzymatic function was mediated by binding of Sars Cov 2 spike RBdomain. (RBD) So the function of the ACE 2 protein is a Angiotensin – Converting Enzyme (Ace 2) discovered as a homologue of (ACE) acts as; Physiological Counterbalance providing homeostasis regulation of Circulating Angiotensin 1 (Ang 1 levels). 

The spike protein binds to the ACE 2 receptor (Receptor Binding Domain) Sars covid 2 spike protein binds to the human angiotensin converting enzyme -2 (Ace 2 receptor) a critical component of the renin-angiotensin system that initiates the viral transmission.

(If you are working in a lab and working with biology, and you know that the Angiotensin converting enzyme is the most critical component of the ReninAngiotensin system that initiates transmission of the virus into the nucleus that could mutate DNA, why would anyone in their right mind doing this research,  do this?) Especially with the Mitochondria. The mitochondria has DNA of it’s own. It effects every organ in our body. Every organ.)

The Amino Acid Sequence of Ace 2 proteins are:

17 amino acids N – terminal signal peptide and 22 amino acids C-terminal membrane anchor.

A Conserved Zinc metalloprotease consensus sequence (HEXXH), And a Conserved glutamine residue that is predicted to serve a 3rd Zinc ligand.

Ace 2 receptors are particularly overly expressed in the intestinal Epithelial cells of the gut. Endothelial cells of the blood vessels. Heart epicardia adipocytes fibroblast myocytes, coronary arteries, and the bronchial tracheal epithelial cells type 2. Do spike proteins stay in the blood? Several studies show spike protein toxicity are found in blood circulation several months after the attack on our Ace 2. Ace 2 membranes bound protein and its amino sequence is the driver  of folding and intracellular bonding of the linear amino acid chain, which ultimately determines the proteins unique 3 dimensional shape. What triggers the production of Angiotensin is Renin secretion and the cardiovascular systems are compromised. Reduction of extracellular volume (hypovolemia) is a potent stimulus for Renin secretion from the kidneys. The mitochondria affects all organs, kidney’s too and the liver. Reduction of extracellular volume, hypovolemia being the stimulus for Renin from the kidneys, but so is the Mitochondria. Its homeostasis of the cells is a factor. Homeostasis is ever so important for cells of all organs. but I can imagine that the Virologists knew that before attacking our biology from Wuhan.

Sars Cov 2 the virus covid 19 is covered with spike proteins. These spike proteins interact with a protein called Angiotensin – Converting – Enzyme 2 that sits on the surface of human cells and by attracting ACE 2 the virus can affect the human cells. East Asian populations are associated with variants of higher Ace 2 expression. If blood pressure falls, your kidney’s release an enzyme call “Renin” into your blood stream. Renin Splits with Angiotensinogen,  a protein your liver makes and releases into pieces. One piece is angiotensin. More than one “angiotensinogen.” Angiotensin causes the muscular walls of small arteries to constrict narrow, increasing blood pressure. It also triggers adrenal glands to release aidosterone and your pituitary gland releases antidiretic hormones, (ADH) or vasopressin.

The mitochondria and it’s DNA mutated, still with the organs, the kidneys and the liver too. Reduction of extracellular volume, hypovolemia being the stimulus for Renin from the kidneys, will affect the cardiovascular system, but so is the Mitochondria. Its homeostasis of the cells is a factor that was an undervalued piece of knowledge. Homeostasis is ever so important for cells of all organs. but I can imagine that the Virologists knew that before attacking our biology from Wuhan. HMMMMMM!

One thing for preparedness in case of another attack on our biology, since JN.1 is still here, and Alaska pox just killed a man, and children of 13 years old dying, and a elongated, aggregated clot being removed from his veins, as long as his 13 year old leg. A young 19 year old, that was the son of the you-tube owner, died suddenly of cardiovascular problems caused by covid 19.  A 22 year old girl was said to have died on March 13th 2024. This is on our youtube everyday about young people, old people, children dying and being born with no limbs, faulty limbs. 1/2 a brain in wheel chairs, and suffering bodies with all kinds of dysfunctions. Horrendous terror. So know thyself for preparedness.
